Returns & Exchanges
At this time we do not offer returns. Please email us at cs@invisthreads.com with any questions in regards to how a particular garment fits. We try to make it very clear if an item runs bigger or smaller due to its material. Again, contact us at any time with any return related questions.
EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience with us. We ONLY accept exchanges if the garment is unwashed, and contains all original labels and hang tags . Please contact us no later than 14 days after receiving your order, otherwise we cannot guarantee an exchange. We must be able to match your order with our records.
PURCHASED FROM RETAILER
If you've purchased one of our items from a retailer, please either contact that retailer, or email us and include the name of the retail store and date on which the item was purchased.
LIMITED EDITION ITEMS & DECOR
There are no exchanges on limited edition items or throw blankets, please make sure you are ordering the correct size before placing your order
SALE ITEMS
There are no exchanges on sale items.
INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED or DAMAGED ITEM
If what you received does not match what you ordered, please contact us right away and we will make sure to resolve the issue. If an item is damaged, take a photo of the shipping package if visible damage, and email our fulfillment center:
