Costumes come off. Shirts usually don’t.
At Invisible Threads, we’re a small-batch, limited-release company—so while we don’t currently offer returns, we’re happy to help with any questions before you place an order. Reach out to cs@invisthreads.com if you’re unsure about sizing or fit. If an item runs large or small due to its material or cut, we’ll always try to note it on the product page.
Exchanges
We want you to be thrilled with your Invisible Threads experience. Exchanges are accepted only if the item is:

Unwashed
-
Unworn
-
Has all original tags and hang tags attached
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If we can't match your order to our records, we may not be able to complete the exchange—so be sure to include your name and order number when reaching out.
Retail Purchases
If you purchased your item from a retail store, please contact the store directly. If you need assistance, email us at cs@invisthreads.com with the store name and purchase date.
Limited Edition Items & Decor
Due to their unique nature, limited edition items, throw blankets, and select décor pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange. Be sure to double-check your sizing or reach out before ordering—we’re happy to help.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, we’ll fix it. Please:
