Returns & Exchanges
Invisible Threads is a small-batch, limited-release company, so we do not offer returns.
That said, we’re always happy to help before you place an order. If you’re unsure about sizing, fit, or fabric, reach out to us at cs@invisthreads.com. We do our best to describe each item clearly, especially when a shirt has a unique cut, fabric, or feel.
The Fit Check
Exchanges
We want you to be thrilled with your Invisible Threads experience. Exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags and hang tags attached
To request an exchange, please contact us with your name and order number. If we can’t match your order to our records, we may not be able to complete the exchange.
Bought Elsewhere?
Retail Purchases
If you purchased your item from a retail store, please contact the store directly. If you need help, email us with the store name and purchase date, and we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.

Due to their unique nature, limited edition items, throw blankets, and select décor pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
Please double-check sizing and product details before ordering. Questions are always welcome before the curtain rises.

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, we’ll fix it.
Please contact our fulfillment team at invisible.threads.customer.service@funinc.com and include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged packaging or product, if applicable
